Spruce Street Suspension Bridge. This bridge, located in Banker's Hill San Diego, is 103
years old this year. Constructed in 1913 as a way for residents to cross one of the canyons of this neighborhood, it has stood as a valuable asset for the people in Banker's Hill. It's a popular tourist destination and a fantastic hidden gem in the city.
Cymbidium Orchidaceae. It is the second week of the new year and the Orchids in the San Diego Botanical Garden are all in bloom! I can't really complain when the weather is 70 degrees, WARM, compaired to the snowy reaches abound the US. These flowers remind me of fire.

Week 9 finds me in a mountain meadow watching the clouds blowing across the landscape bringing the winter rains to Southern California. Was wishing for snow, but still a great day none-the-less.
Week 10 finds me in an industrial environment watching bicycles get built.
Week 11 and you'll see that Eire has a HUGE heart. This girl at 8 years old rides and races a fixed-gear bicycle on the velodromes of Southern California.

Week 13 sees me on a desert trip through the mountains to Goat Canyon Trestle. One of the - if not THE - tallest freestanding railroad trestles in the world.
Week 14. I will let the photo tell a story.
Week 15 finds me seeking out obscure lines around me, such as bicycle headlights moving down the street which lead to streaks of light suspended above nothing.
Week 16 found me looking at details of my daily surroundings. A bicycle tire and chain presented themselves while waiting for a group ride to start.
I love bicycles and the simple lines they have.
